The CompTIA A+ certification program provides a globally recognized competency and skills standard for the entry-level PC technician by validating the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, configure, install, troubleshoot and upgrade personal computer hardware and operating systems. Webtek Works is a CompTIA A+ shop.
Before going independent, Webtek Works was the 3rd party supplier of warranty repair work on Dell, Compaq, HP, Lexmark and Emachine products thru BancTec Inc.. Besides having repaired hundreds of machines - I personally have designed a PC that went into production (besides many other electronic projects) that used the old Chips and Technology chip set. I have also designed memory modules for PC's and other products. As a result of this experience I have come to some conclusions that you might find interesting.
